On May 4th, 2023, the Department of Applied Social Sciences (APSS) had the privilege of hosting distinguished representatives from the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW). This visit marked a significant occasion for fostering international collaboration, sharing innovative ideas, and celebrating milestones within the field of social work.
The IASSW representatives were given an exclusive tour of the CAVE, allowing the visitors to see first-hand how APSS integrates technology into social work education and research.
During the visit, the IASSW team met with APSS staff to exchange ideas and insights about the evolving landscape of social work across the globe.
